Specialist Consultation Network sends board-certified nurse practitioners directly to the patient — at home, in their ALF, SNF, rehab center, or CCRC — with full diagnostic equipment including portable EKG, echocardiogram, and vascular ultrasound. No transport required. No 26-day wait. Patients are typically seen within 48–72 hours, and a complete clinical note is shared with the referring team after every visit.
