Remote patient monitoring (RPM) uses connected devices to track vital signs at home. The clinical team at Specialist Consultation Network reviews the data and can coordinate follow-up when values change. RPM supports proactive heart failure management; outcomes vary by patient.

Yes. Specialist Consultation Network performs bedside interrogation of pacemakers, ICDs (implantable cardioverter-defibrillators), and implantable loop recorders at the patient's location.
